How much does shipping cost?
Shipping within Germany is free.
For orders within the EU shipping costs apply depending on the order quantity. Shipping fees will be calculated automatically and displayed before checkout.
Which shipping provider do you use?
Orders within Germany will mostly get shipped by Deutsche Post/DHL. Part of our stock however is also stored at Amazon Fulfilment Centres and may get packed and sent from there. As the shipping is arranged by Amazon, different shipping providers may be used. We currently do not offer shipping to Pick-up points or lockers.
Personalised orders are shipped from the UK with Royal Mail, DPD or DHL (tracked service).
Bulk orders will be shipped directly from our factory with DHL Express.
When will my order arrive?
The delivery time may vary depending on order quantity, shipping address and stock availability. An estimated shipping time will be displayed before an order is placed. Although we try our best to ensure your parcel arrives on time, we cannot guarantee the estimated shipping date will be met as the delivery is handled by third-party providers (shipping providers).
Shipping within Germany: 2-4 working days
Shipping within the EU: 5-8 working days

How long do personalised products take?
Most of our personalised vests will be printed by our print shop in the UK. In addition to the shipping time, we might require up to 6 days lead time to print the order.
Shipping within Germany: 5-7 working days
Shipping with the EU: 5-10 working days

Do you accept returns?
We hope that you will be happy with your purchase but if you aren’t completely satisfied and wish to return an item let us know using the contact form below. Our returns policy is strictly 14 days from receipt of the item. We must have received a ‘return request’ by email within the 14 days.
The item must be unused, in perfect condition and still within its original packaging, otherwise we cannot exchange/refund your item.
Please note that personalised items (such as vests with custom print) cannot be returned unless they have arrived damaged or defect. Please refer to our size chart before ordering to ensure the vest will fit you.
Is it free to return my order?
The direct cost of returning the goods is your responsibility unless otherwise agreed. We are unable to refund your postage costs.
How do I return my order?
1. Please use the contact form below to submit your return request. Please indicate your order number and all the items you wish to return. We will acknowledge your return request and email simple return details for you to follow.
2. Please package your item appropriately. We are unable to refund items that arrive damaged in transit that aren't packaged adequately.
3. Send your item to the address we have provided you with within 14 days of notifying us of your intention to return. We recommend you send your product by recorded delivery, and retain proof of postage just in case anything goes missing. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
4. Once we have received your item we will contact you to let you know your return has been processed. Following this please allow 3-5 days for funds to appear in your account.
